How Does ETCHŌ Work?
Creating your ETCHŌ is simple. You provide the memory and we take care of the rest.- Choose Your Keepsake — Tell us what you have in mind. This might be a slate coaster, necklace, aluminium wallet card, wooden piece, keyring, Christmas decoration or something completely different.
- Send Us Your Audio — Upload your voice recording, message or audio clip through the form below. Recordings from a mobile phone are absolutely fine.
- We Review Your Request — We’ll check your audio, discuss the product and personalisation, and make sure the idea will work before moving ahead.
- Invoice & Payment — Once everything has been agreed, we’ll send your invoice. Your ETCHŌ order is confirmed once payment has been received.
- We Create Your ETCHŌ — We prepare the audio, create the engraved design and produce your finished personalised keepsake ready for collection or delivery.

You don’t need specialist equipment or a professional recording. Audio recorded on a phone is absolutely fine. Common formats such as MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC and MP4 can be submitted.
