Guest photos are included as standard in every package. Photos remain available in the private dashboard for 30 days after the event and can be downloaded individually or together as one ZIP file before they are automatically deleted.

Before you book.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code and use their phone browser to record a message, upload photos, or both.
Can guests listen back before sending?
Yes. They can listen to their recording and re-record it before submitting.
Who can see the guestbook?
The host accesses voice messages and photos through their private dashboard. The guest contribution page does not display other people’s submissions.
How long are voice messages and photos kept?
Voice recordings include a minimum of five years’ hosting. Guest photos are stored for 30 days after the event so the host can download them individually or together as a ZIP file.
Can we download everything?
Yes, with ETCHŌ Complete. The Complete dashboard includes a full event ZIP containing the voice recordings and guest photos, and you also receive the same event archive on an engraved USB in a personalised presentation box. The ZIP should be downloaded within the 30-day photo window so the photos are still available to include.
Can we order an ETCHŌ from one particular message?
Yes. From your dashboard you can request an ETCHŌ using an individual message — ideal for a particularly special voice from your day.
